These terms govern your use of TradeAssist Pro (the “Service”), operated by company name — to be filled. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.
The Service provides market data views, analysis and trade ideas for index options, optional alerts (Telegram, email) and optional paper or broker-connected automation. Read the Risk Disclosure — it forms part of these terms.
Content is general and not tailored to you. We do not guarantee accuracy, profits or availability. Trading decisions and their results are yours alone.
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. Prices and features are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Renewals, cancellations and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you connect a broker, you authorise the Service to place the orders you have configured. New profiles start in paper mode; live trading is your explicit choice. You must monitor your positions; the Service is not liable for losses from broker, exchange, network, data or software failures.
No scraping, reverse engineering, abuse of APIs, or attempts to bypass the paywall or security. We may suspend accounts that do so.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or indirect losses.
We may update the Service or these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. You may close your account at any time from your profile.
