Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TradeAssist Pro collects and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, phone (if given), login method (password or Google).
• Billing: plan, payment status and Razorpay references. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Broker (optional): the access token your broker issues after you log in to the broker, stored encrypted, used only to place the orders you configure. We never ask for or store your broker password or OTP.
• Alerts (optional): your Telegram chat ID once you link it from your profile.
• Usage & security: log-in records, device/IP information, and trades placed through the Service, to secure accounts, prevent trial abuse and show your P&L.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver alerts, process payments, provide support, keep the Service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only processors needed to run the Service — payment (Razorpay), messaging (Telegram, email), hosting and error monitoring — and authorities when the law requires.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as required by law (e.g. billing records). You can access, correct or delete your account from your profile or by writing to support@tradeassist.in; account deletion removes broker tokens and personal data except records we must retain by law.
